Edo period (1615-1868), 18th/19th century
Comprising a shakudō nanako kozuka with a blade and kōgai inlaid in silver relief with kirimon (paulownia crests);
a shakudō nanako and shibuichi warikōgai chiseled in relief and with details in gold and silver depicting a wasp and chrysanthemums; accompanied by a certificate no.4705 issued by the Nihon Tōken Hozon Kai (Society for the Preservation of the Japanese Sword), dated October 12, 1997;
a shakudō kōgai overlaid with silver and gold and with flat inlay of copper, gold, and silver depicting butterflies, birds, maple leaves, and cherry blossom; the reverse with autumn plants, with an indistinct signature;
and a shakudō migakiji kozuka fitted at one end with a compass inlaid in gold with cyclical characters, and engraved in katagiribori with a dragon, the reverse with nekogaki striations, signed Kikuchi Tsuneoki
