First 7 years alone of the atlas of one of the great illustrated botanical works of the end of the 18th century, published in 150 issues over 13 years from 1780 to 1793. This Herbarium of France also included three volumes of text, absent here as often, published in 1784 (History of poisonous and suspicious plants in France), 1791 and 1812 (History of mushrooms in France, in 2 volumes, the second of which is almost impossible to find because it was largely destroyed in a fire). very beautiful illustration of 319 (out of 602) plates engraved on copper in colors, some of which are monochrome and several enhanced with color; preceded by a title also engraved in colors, and followed by 6 (out of 12) ff. table engravings. All these plates, drawn, engraved and printed by Bulliard himself, are here with large margins, mounted on tabs and protected with serpentines. For the botanical plates, nos. 59, 67, 223, 227, 229 to 231, 306, 307, 329 to 336 from the first 7 years are missing here, and the 266 plates from the last 6 years.
