within a circular sun the inscription Eliza Dunn Daughter of/ Samuel Dunn and Wife was Born December 30th/ Anno Domini 1810 Eighteen Hundred and Ten is between two pictorial scenes: a square-rigged ship and sloop sailing beneath moon, sun, and stars above and a home with cedar trees and grazing geese below; the corners with four roundels, the top two encompassing red hearts and the bottom two with biblical verses: the first You must be Born again,/ Says Christ to one of old; Then do from sin refrain, And be a Christian bold, the second For every child of Man/ The scripture doth relate/ Is saved by this Plan/ Or wretched is their state .
