斐君二兄大人屬瑑,為集北宋本石鼓文字,時丁未人日,安吉吳俊卿。
鈐印:「俊卿之印」、「倉碩」。
藏印:「黃思潛藏」、「暫歸思潛」。
上款:「斐君」即李國筠（1878-1929）,出身安徽合肥望族,李鴻章侄孫,父經羲官拜雲貴總督、北洋國務總理,長兄國松嗜收藏,其「集虛草堂」、「肥遯廬」藏書萬卷,書畫、金石名著於時。斐君自幼濡染家風,亦博雅好古,曾任廣東巡按使、參政院參政、經濟調查局總裁等職。
