Vintage hardcover first edition novel signed by the author "Arthur Hailey" and by the cast of the resulting movie including Vic Vickers, Helen Hayes, director George Seaton, co-director Henry Hataway, Maureen Stapleton, Van Heflin, Production manager Skip Casper, 2nd cinematographer Loyal Griggs, Arnold Roberts, and others. Also signed on clipped paper tipped into free end papers, Burt Lancaster, and George Kennedy. Accompanied by 2-color 5 x 3.5 in. snapshots of Helen Hayes as "Ada Quonsett" on set during filming. The book retains its original dust jacket exhibiting age, wear, and chipping and tears to edges. Contents exhibit some age, light staining to autographed pages and the Lancaster/Kennedy clipped signatures have become detached.
